The residence was designed in traditional style with much use of wood, from the structure to all the window frames. The sloping terrain allowed the installation of a basement floor and two different levels of gardens, with social area, terrace, pool and barbecue at street level and a more private veranda with vegetation at the basement level.
The house is surrounded by verandas, the main terrace also received a pergola with trellising mats for shade. On the first floor, all 3 suites and the intimate living room have access to the veranda. On the ground floor, the dining room is in the centre of the house, connected to the kitchen and the terrace.
The main lounge has been given a lower level with higher ceilings. This residence has sustainable technologies such as filtering and use of rainwater for cleaning and flushing, solar system, photovoltaic power generation and three-phase filters for effluents.
